Daba Thom-Manuel Kpakol is a leadership and development expert with a passion for helping improve people’s performance through high-impact skills training and leadership development. She founded SIDA Africa in 2011 as a women and youth empowerment organization committed to preparing women and youths of Africa for global competitiveness. Through her NGO SIDA Africa, she created CODEWORLD as an innovative programme for bringing ICT and computer programming literacy to children across Africa. She has also imitated a number of women’s programme aimed at encouraging more women’s participation in the ICT sector. She is a certified trainer with a background in law, having been called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001.
Mrs Kpakol is also a social entrepreneur, a fashion enthusiast and the CEO of Kandara House of Fashion.
