Dr. Ibiye Briggs is a practicing medical doctor in Calgary, Canada. She has worked with children and youths in a number of capacities since 1997 including as a behavioral and development assistant at the Pace Kids Programme in Calgary where she helped develop and implement behavioral intervention strategies to help kids and parents cope with behavioral issues. Dr. Ibiye’s experience in socio economic development spans several years of voluntary work in youth development and women’s empowerment where she has helped in mentoring young women and youths and guiding them to discover and achieve their purpose in life, equipping them for success through impartation of personal leadership skills. She has delivered several lectures and papers around the world and continues to remain committed to a better and more prosperous future for Africa.
